1. SCOPE These terms apply to every order placed through this shop.

2. PRICES All prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.

3. ORDERS An agreement is formed when your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. PAYMENT Payments are processed securely through Mollie (iDEAL, card and other listed methods).

5. DELIVERY We aim to dispatch in-stock orders the same working day when ordered before 16:00. Delivery times are indications, not guarantees.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and return the goods unused and in original packaging within a further 14 days. Sealed hygiene products such as earplugs cannot be returned once opened. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

7. WARRANTY Products must be as described. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded.

8. LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the order value. Hearing protection reduces risk but does not remove it; always follow the usage instructions.

9. APPLICABLE LAW Dutch law applies. Disputes go before the competent court in the Netherlands.
